Owner must complete product registration, at www.jaccard.com or toll free at (866) 478 7373 for each individual product to be covered, within 90 days of the original knife purchase date. Click here to register now

Owner must return the damaged knife to Jaccard Corporation, Attention: LRG, 70 Commerce Drive, Rochester, New York, 14623.

Owner must include contact information (name, address, e-mail, and phone number) and a check or money order for $5.00 (made out to Jaccard Corporation) to cover return S&H.

Jaccard Corporation will determine whether the damage item will be repaired or replaced under this LRG program.

LRG applies to and covers each item purchase by the original owner and is limited to one (1) free replacement. LRG and OPTIONAL LRG expressly do not cover product purchased as used or the replacement product(s) provided free under these guarantee programs. 

LRG applies to and covers damage to the item but expressly does not cover, loss, theft, etc. whereby the original product can not be returned to Jaccard Corporation. 

LRG expressly does not apply to or cover the item when used for commercial applications. 

OPTIONAL LRG coverage for the replacement knife may be purchased by the original owner at an additional cost to the owner within 90 days after receiving the replacement knife. This OPTIONAL LRG coverage for the replacement covers only the specific replacement product and is limited to one (1) free replacement. The owner may purchase this by contacting Jaccard Corporation’s Consumer Products Customer Service Department toll free at (866) 478-7373. Premium rates for OPTIONAL LRG varies by product and are subject to change without notice.

LRG and OPTIONAL LRG coverage applies only to knives purchased and used within the United States of America and Canada.
